Thank you for choosing Hammer and Stain for your party! We appreciate the local support!

In order to secure this dates, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the host(ess), YOU are responsible for inviting guests. The deadline for guest registrations is the Monday prior to each event date:

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason, your deposit will be forfeited.To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 8 projects purchased for each event date AND the attendees must ATTEND your event.

If you are paying for the projects, either in part or in whole, the final payment for is due immediately following the deadline upon receipt of the invoice.

Your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after all of the events take place. If you do not get at least 8 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadlines, your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 2.5 hours on the date and time you have secured. If the party goes over 3 hours, you will be charged $50/hour that will be deducted from the deposit.

ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers.

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.

Terms

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 72 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop, but will have 30 days to return to pick up your project as a take-home kit! EXCEPTION: THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN TO SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATIONS, SPECIALTY WORKSHOPS, OR TAKE-HOME HAMMER AT HOME ORDERS.
