Hammer & Stain DIY Workshop Palm Beaches

Thank you for choosing Hammer and Stain Palm Beaches for your birthday celebration! In order to secure the date and time, you MUST submit the $100 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if the party occurs and the balance is paid in full by the deadline. The deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours after the party.

You and your guests will have exclusive access to our studio for 2 hours. We will provide all project materials as well as full instruction and guidance. We will have a "photobooth" set up for the guests, and you are welcome to use your phone on the photobooth stand to capture pictures. You may bring your own cake and any of your favorite foods and beverages. We do not provide paper products/utensils.

During the COVID-19 crisis, we will adhere to the state and CDC guidelines for all matters relating to the safety and well-being of our guests. We ask that only the family of the birthday child be present. All guests and employees will be required to wear facial coverings. 

As indicated in our Birthday Package Handout:

The total birthday package fee for Package A is $250 for up to 10 kids, then $22 for each additional kid thereafter.

The total birthday package fee for Package B is $300 for up to 10 kids, then $27 for each additional kid thereafter. 

The total birthday package fee for Package C is $350 for up to 10 kids, then $32 for each additional kid thereafter. 

The total birthday package fee for Package B is $400 for up to 10 kids, then $36 for each additional kid thereafter. 

The deadline for all guests to register is Wednesday, February 10th by 5 pm. At that time, the remaining balance is DUE IN FULL. If the balance is not paid immediately following the deadline, the party will be forced to be cancelled.

We recommend that you have a direct link on our website for your guests to register and personalize their projects. If you choose to forgo the direct link for your guests, we require that you provide us with a list of names and chosen projects so we can complete the personalizations by the deadline (see date above). Once you have given us these final numbers and design choices, NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once the deposit is paid, please allow 5-7 business days for our staff to prepare your customized registration link.

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 72 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop, but will have 30 days to return to pick up your project as a take-home kit! EXCEPTION: THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN TO SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATIONS, SPECIALTY WORKSHOPS, OR TAKE-HOME HAMMER AT HOME ORDERS.
