We are excited to partner with your organization. In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the host(ess), YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guests to register is Tuesday, November 17th.

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 15 guests {including yourself} register AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 15 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (11/17/20), the deposit will not be refunded, and you will have the options of cancelling the event or keeping the event with less compensation per project for your charity.

COVID-19 Protocol. During the COVID-19 crisis, we will adhere to the local, state, and CDC guidelines for all matters relating to the safety and well-being of our guests. All guests and employees will be required to wear facial coverings. If you have had fever in the last 14 days, we ask that you please not attend for the safety and health of our employees and guests.

Private Fundraiser Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 2 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will begin working on your registration link. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the registration link to go live and be e-mailed to you.

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 72 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop, but will have 30 days to return to pick up your project as a take-home kit! EXCEPTION: THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN TO SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATIONS, SPECIALTY WORKSHOPS, OR TAKE-HOME HAMMER AT HOME ORDERS.
