Thank you for choosing Hammer and Stain for your party! We appreciate the local support!

In order to secure this date, you MUST submit the $100 deposit.

As the host(ess), YOU are responsible for inviting guests. The deadline for guest registrations is Tuesday, December 2nd. No exceptions.

If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason, your deposit will be forfeited. To get your full deposit back, you MUST have at least 10 projects purchased AND you must ATTEND your event. 

During the COVID-19 crisis, we will adhere to the state and CDC guidelines for all matters relating to the safety and well-being of our guests. As of September 2020, all guests and employees will be required to wear facial coverings. 
If you are paying for the projects, either in part or in whole, the final payment is due immediately following the deadline upon receipt of the invoice.

Your deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at least 10 guests {including yourself} registered by the deadline (Tuesday, 12/2/20), your event will be canceled and the deposit will NOT be refunded.

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 2.5 hours on the date and time you have secured. If the party goes over 3 hours, you will be charged $50/hour that will be deducted from the deposit.

ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will begin working on your registration link. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the registration link to go live and be e-mailed to you.

Due to the customizations at ALL our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 72 hours notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop, but will have 30 days to return to pick up your project as a take-home kit! EXCEPTION: THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS GIVEN TO SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATIONS, SPECIALTY WORKSHOPS, OR TAKE-HOME HAMMER AT HOME ORDERS.
